Honest by design
We believe real feedback makes us better. Every review we receive — positive or critical — goes through the same process and is given the same chance of being published. We do not filter reviews by rating, cherry-pick the best ones, or suppress negative feedback.
01 Our Principles
Unfiltered ratings
We publish 1-star and 5-star reviews equally. Your honest opinion matters, regardless of score.
3–5 day review
We manually review each submission within 3–5 business days — only to verify authenticity, never to filter sentiment.
Verified customers
Reviews are only accepted from customers who have placed a verified order, ensuring real experiences.
No incentivised reviews
We never offer discounts, gifts or other benefits in exchange for positive reviews.

Negative reviews are treated with the same respect and visibility as positive ones. We may respond publicly to address issues or offer solutions, but we will never delete or hide a review because of a low rating.
03 Moderation Process
Every review goes through manual moderation. This process takes 3–5 business days and is solely to verify that the submission meets our basic guidelines — not to screen for sentiment.

05 Questions or Disputes
If your review has not appeared after 5 business days, or if you believe a moderation decision was incorrect, please contact us. We review every dispute fairly and transparently.
