Cancellation Policy
01 Pre-order Deposit Cancellation
Full refund guaranteed. You may cancel your VIP pre-order deposit at any time before the Kickstarter campaign closes. Your deposit will be refunded in full to the original payment method — no questions asked.
Before Campaign Launch
Cancel anytime. Full refund of the €1 deposit within 5–10 business days.
After Campaign Launch
You may still cancel your pre-order before production begins. Full refund of all amounts paid. Contact us at info@cocktailcrafter.ch to request cancellation.
Campaign Cancelled by Us
In the event we cancel the Kickstarter campaign for any reason, all deposits and payments are refunded automatically in full within 14 days.
02 Cancelling a Confirmed Order
Once the Kickstarter campaign has closed and full payment has been collected, the following cancellation windows apply:
Before Production Starts
Full cancellation and full refund possible. Please contact us as early as possible.
During Production
Cancellation may be possible depending on production stage. Please contact us directly — we will do our best to accommodate your request. A partial refund may apply if materials have already been allocated.
After Dispatch
Once your unit has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may instead exercise your right of withdrawal upon receipt of the goods.
03 Returns After Delivery
After receiving your CocktailCrafter, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and Swiss consumer law — no reason required.
The unit must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Full details are set out in our Right of Withdrawal page.
Defective or Damaged Units
If your CocktailCrafter arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
04 Refund Process
All refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Send your cancellation request to info@cocktailcrafter.ch with your order number.

We confirm receipt within 1–2 business days and initiate the refund.

Refund appears in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
We do not charge any cancellation or processing fees. The refund amount equals the total amount you paid, minus return shipping costs where applicable.
