Right of Withdrawal

01 Consumer Definition

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional in nature.

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers residing in the European Union pursuant to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Swiss customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Swiss Contract Law (CO Art. 40a et seq.) for distance contracts.

02 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Physical Goods (CocktailCrafter)

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.

Pre-order Deposit

The deposit may be withdrawn within fourteen days of payment. No return shipment is required; withdrawal is effected by written notice only. The deposit will be refunded in full.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the sample withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, though it is not required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

03 Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), promptly and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for the refund; in no circumstances will you be charged fees for the refund.

Return of Physical Goods

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
